By registering for The CEO Institute Retreat: An Exclusive 36-Hour Leadership Adventure with James Castrission, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
This exclusive retreat is designed for members of The CEO Institute and provides an opportunity to reset, think strategically, build meaningful peer relationships, and experience adventure-based leadership and connection.
Retreat dates: 5-6 November 2026
2. Program Fee & Payment
The program fee is $1,595 + GST per participant.
Your place is confirmed only once your registration has been completed and full payment has been successfully processed through the online registration form.
3. Program Inclusions
Your registration includes:
- Guided adventure and leadership activities
- Qualified guides, facilitators, staff, and contractors
- Accommodation and required camping/logistics setup
- Technical and safety equipment required for activities
- Catering during the program
- Required permits and operational logistics
- All transfers
The final itinerary and activities may be adjusted based on weather conditions, safety considerations, group capabilities, or operational requirements.
4. Participant Responsibility & Safety
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in adventure-based activities.
You agree to:
- Follow all instructions provided by MyAdventure Group staff and guides
- Complete any required waivers or medical disclosures before the retreat
- Act in a manner that supports the safety of yourself and others
MyAdventure Group reserves the right to remove any participant from activities if safety concerns arise.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel:
- More than 2 months before the retreat: You may cancel without penalty. Any fees paid will be refunded, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
- Within 2 months of the retreat: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the program fee applies. Any paid or outstanding fees will be retained or owed to cover accommodation, staffing, contractor, and operational costs.
If the retreat cannot proceed safely due to weather, environmental conditions, or other operational reasons, MyAdventure Group may reschedule the program to a mutually agreed future date.
6. Media & Promotional Use
You consent to MyAdventure Group using photographs, video, testimonials, and recordings captured during the retreat for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
7. General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MyAdventure Group and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
